The Volvicon End-User Software License Agreement (EULA) governs the use of all Volvicon editions including Trial, Standard, Professional, Ultimate, Research, and Student licenses.

License Tiers
Volvicon uses a tier-based licensing model where features are unlocked based on your license tier:

Key Terms
- Annual License: Subscription license valid for one year from activation
- Perpetual License: One-time purchase with permanent usage rights
- Commercial Use: Use for revenue-generating activities in industrial and research contexts
- Educational Use: Use by students and academic institutions for learning
- Research Use: Use for non-clinical academic research and publications
Important Notice: Not a Medical Device
Volvicon is NOT a medical device and is NOT certified for clinical use.
Volvicon has not received regulatory approval from any medical device authority including:
- FDA (United States Food and Drug Administration)
- CE marking (European Conformity)
- PMDA (Japan)
- Any other national or international medical device regulatory body
Volvicon must NOT be used for:
- Clinical diagnosis
- Treatment planning or medical decision-making
- Processing patient data for clinical purposes
- Any medical or healthcare application
Intended Use: Industrial inspection, research, educational, and non-clinical applications only.
Medical editions (StandardMedical, ProfessionalMedical, UltimateMedical) are reserved for future development and are not currently available.
